“Sometimes it can be very hard to break away from ingrained habits,
but... My promise is to make you Believe You Can.”

Is this glass half full - or half empty?

• How you answered that question is a good indication of your own personal ‘programming’.  We all have behavioural patterns which we have acquired over many years, as a result of multiple influences. We acquire these patterns as a means of self-protection, but often they can be limiting and self-defeating.

• NLP is extremely valuable
in allowing us to study how and why we communicate information in a particular way, both to ourselves and to others.  It explores the relationship between what we think, what we say and what we do and it does this largely through a technique called Modelling.

Think of a jigsaw and imagine all the pieces that go to make up an individual. By modelling ourselves we literally take ourselves apart and identify which behaviours are useful to us and which are not.

When we learn how to model others, it allows us to adopt the skills of those whom we wish to emulate and to use those skills for our own performance enhancement. High achieving sports people are typical of the kind of person who can enhance their performance through using NLP, but the same techniques can also be used for giving confidence in public speaking or learning how to negotiate effectively.

• Using NLP in my coaching
allows you to explore where or when you may have re-presented information in a way that was unresourceful.  It may now be denying you a sense of fulfilment and preventing you from achieving your full potential.

Performance Enhancement:
NLP offers a number of techniques for improving your performance, including modelling and new behaviour generators, which allow people to improve their own performance by essentially identifying and adopting elements which lead to the successful performance of others.
